BW Clay Shooting, with Brent Woodard, uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiries about lessons and products.

Information you provide

Our enquiry forms collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number and message, together with the product or contact page from which you enquire. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are delivered using Brevo. The website is prepared to send notifications to hub@encapsulate.group, the website support team's inbox, for handling on behalf of BW Clay Shooting. Replies can be sent to the email address you supply. The final recipient must be confirmed before launch.

Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile security checks. Form data is processed to deliver your enquiry; the website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Messages may remain in the recipient's email system. The client must confirm retention periods and access arrangements before launch.

Videos and preferences

Vimeo videos are blocked until you accept optional cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months. No analytics or advertising scripts are included in this build. See our cookie policy for details.

Contact Brent@ClayShooting.net to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. The client must confirm the controller's full details, applicable legal bases, retention policy, international transfer arrangements and rights wording before this notice is approved for publication.
